Gold: The gold service covers all aspects of your sash windows from start to finish: This includes full Renovation, draft proofing, window furniture brass or chrome, and the decorating.

Silver: The silver service like the gold covers all aspects of your sash windows. This includes full Renovation, draft proofing, window furniture brass or chrome. However this does not include the decorating.

Bronze: The bronze service is a basic but functional option. This will leave your window operational, whether you opt for just having the lower sash operational or the whole window you can enjoy the traditional sash window.

A full price break down can be given to separate the
cost of decorating and each individual service.

Renovation & Draft proofing work:

• Replace all sash ropes. Also replace broken pulleys.
• Adjust sash weights so the windows operate as originally designed.
• Hand plane the sashes to fit more snugly.
• Replace all beading with new incorporating draft proof system.
• Top & bottom sashes are modified to accept draft proof system.
• Repair joints on the sashes where needed.

End result; the windows will work fully both top and bottom sashes (unless specified one or the other). They will not rattle or let in excessive amounts of draughts. Cutting out the draughts will also reduce noise levels. All in all you will have a 300 year old design with 21st century improvements.
